ROOTED BIRTH COLLECTIVE
As your postpartum doula, we can also:
Assist parents with learning how to safely and comfortably wear their baby in a carrier or sling. We can demonstrate various baby-wearing techniques, help parents choose the right carrier for their needs, and provide guidance on how to ensure proper positioning and support for both the baby and the wearer.
Entertain older siblings, giving parents the opportunity to bond with the new baby. This support is invaluable during the early postpartum period, helping to create a harmonious family dynamic.
Assist by running errands such as grocery shopping or coordinating grocery pickups, easing the burden on new parents and allowing them to focus on rest and bonding with their baby.
Lex was an incredible support as our postpartum doula. Her warmth and care were evident from the moment she walked in the door. She seamlessly helped with household tasks, provided emotional support, and offered valuable advice on newborn care. Lex's presence allowed me to rest and recover while feeling confident that my baby was in good hands. I highly recommend Lex to any new parent seeking compassionate and knowledgeable postpartum support.

What happens if I pay for placenta services and the placenta is not able to be used? Our approach is to assess each situation here individually. However refunds will not be provided for issues that resulted from client error or negligence.
