Lex also brings a strong background in professional food handling, with over a decade of experience, ensuring precision and hygiene in every step of our preservation process. We hold three respected certifications—Placenta Preparation Specialist, Peer Lactation Counselor, and Holistic Doula & Birthkeeper—all earned through the esteemed H.E.R.B.A.L. Training Program, keeping us grounded in the most current and effective practices in birth and postpartum care. Both of our team members are CPR and First Aid certified, and have passed comprehensive background checks, giving you complete peace of mind as you trust us to support your family during this transformative season.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise during childbirth, and some doulas may have a strict "no fault" policy if they are unable to attend due to birthing circumstances. However, at Rooted Birth Collective, we prioritize creating a supportive and stress-free environment for your birthing experience. While we will make every effort to avoid such situations, if circumstances arise that prevent us from attending your birth, we will offer postpartum services free of charge to continue supporting you during this important time. Your well-being and satisfaction are our utmost priority, and we are committed to being a positive presence throughout your birthing journey.
