Breastmilk Sublimation & Placenta Encapsulation Services

Rooted Birth Collective | Serving Texas Families

By purchasing and utilizing the services of Rooted Birth Collective, including breastmilk sublimation and placenta encapsulation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Overview

Rooted Birth Collective provides two specialized postpartum services:

  • Breastmilk sublimation, a freeze-drying process that preserves human breastmilk in powdered form.

  • Placenta encapsulation, the process of dehydrating and encapsulating the placenta for postpartum use.

Both services are carried out using sterile techniques, rigorous handling protocols, and contactless methods where applicable. While we follow industry best practices and uphold high standards, both services are offered for personal use and at your own discretion.

2. Ownership and Single-Batch Guarantee

All submitted materials (breastmilk and placenta) remain the sole property of the client throughout the process. We guarantee single-batch processing for both services—ensuring that you receive only your breastmilk or placenta and that no materials are ever mixed with others’.

3. No Liability Clause – Breastmilk Sublimation

Rooted Birth Collective, its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents assume no liability for the use or misuse of sublimated breastmilk. While we maintain strict sterile procedures, we make no expressed or implied guaranteesregarding the nutritional, immunological, or medical outcomes of the milk after sublimation.

  • Clients use sublimated breastmilk at their own risk.

  • We are not liable for any illness, adverse reaction, or other outcome from its use.

  • Clients assume all responsibility for proper storage, rehydration, and feeding practices.

4. No Liability Clause – Placenta Encapsulation

Rooted Birth Collective does not make medical claims regarding the benefits or risks of placenta encapsulation. This service is not approved by the FDA, and no health outcomes are guaranteed.
